Insurance Claims

We would like to inform you that a minimum charge of £100 will apply to all claims.

This adjustment is designed to streamline our processes and reduce the time spent on administration, ensuring a quicker and more efficient service for all.

Our client care coordinators complete insurance claims as part of their extra administrative tasks around them being on the reception desk.  We don’t charge owners an administration fee, most veterinary practices will charge to process claims but this fee can’t be claimed back with your insurance company.

If the total is just below £100, or if we know this is the last claim after a course of treatment, we will process claims of less than £100.

We have a maximum 10-working day turn around for claims.

Generally, claims are always processed much sooner than the 10 workings days, however if we have busy periods, we will always ensure claims are processed by the 10 working days as a maximum.

As we are a relatively small independent practice, we ask that you settle your account with us, your claim is then put through to your insurance company who will settle with you.
